Happy New Year. Let’s make 2006 the best year from eBaying & doing business online.

A few days ago I got an email from eBay. Normally my messages from eBay are either billing reminders, policy violations or promotions from eBay. As any Seller knows it can be hard to talk to an actual person at eBay so I was very surprised at the message I received.

In my experience this is a first. It seems eBay.com are actually prepared to listen to their members & may even take on board there suggestions. Has anyone ever known this to happen from eBay.co.uk?
